Retirement of Special Representative |
| W. Bro Graham Bailey has informed me he wishes to retire as Special Representative for the South East Group of Lodges as of May for family reasons. |
| W. Bro Bailey has held the office since 2014 and I thank him for his dedicated service to the Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges in his area W. Bro Bailey will be succeeded by W. Bro Robert Allman PPrGInspWks fro And be appointed at Provincial a Grand Lodge in May. |
